Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect emails from one mail account to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponders and shield your mail accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your mail accounts and select the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the target email box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest.
